The Director for Publications produces the annual Directory of the CCH area for publication in January; shall produce the Corporation newsletter at least quarterly; and develops an advertising plan to help defray the cost of the Directory and newsletters, as needed.

   Newsletter Guidelines:

Newsletter to be published 4 times per year at 3-month intervals
14 pages maximum – no blank page
4 pages of advertising maximum
1/2 page membership/renewal form on the last page of every issue (can be full-page version if there is room)
Minimum of one feature article (200-500 words); VP may solicit members for feature articles
Message from the president should be the first item
Social and membership VPS will provide a brief paragraph in each newsletter
All other board and committee members are encouraged to submit information on pertinent activities and issues
Calendar of events in every issue covering upcoming 3-4 months
“For question and or comments contact: editor@cchca.org” is to be included
President to review the final draft of the newsletter for content and editing/additions
An additional proofreader will review the final copy after the president’s review
An electronic copy will be sent to the webmaster after the edition has been finalized
Five extra copies will be made available to the Welcoming Committee for distribution to new residents, and one copy for the Historian’s archives
